Harco's California Gold Polyurethane

Harco's California Gold Polyurethane is the result of new technology to meet the strict California VOC standards. Even though it meets the strict VOC standards, California Poly has all the characteristics and performance qualities of traditional polyurethane finish. This low viscosity, diamond strength finish dries, cures and applies like an ordinary oil-modified finish.

How To Use

Preparation: Apply finish with Lambs Wool or Foam applicator at room temperature, not in direct sunlight. Mix contents of can with paddle before use.
Product will blend together easily. Do not use paint sheker or other mixing devices that will cause bubbles to form in the can. California Gold Polyurethane can be used as a sealer and finish coat. If a fast dry sealer is a preferred use Harco quick dry polyurethane and Sanding Sealr is used for first coat allow at least 2 houres before recoating with California Gold Polyurethane.

Dries To Touch

4-6 hours and can be handled with care AFTER 24 HOUERS dry time and cure time are dependent on application method, temperature, humidity and proper ventilation.
Cold temperature high humidity, poor ventilation or heavy coat application will led to longer dry and cure times and may prevent proper film formation and hard ing of this finish.

When You Open The Can?

Although this product is a clear, oil-base polyurethane coating, new VOC reduction technology makes the product appear creamy, coffe colored in the can. It is also normal for this product to look milky when it is first applied to the floor and during the first 1-2 hours of cure & dry time. This product will turn crystal clear after 1-2 hours.

Zar ULTRA Max is a waterborne oil modified polyurethane finish. This product is environmentally friendly and a revolutionary dual drying polyurethane. It dries by coalescing and oxygen cross-linking for a harder "through cure". ZAR ULTRA Max is available in quart and gallon sizes in gloss, semi-gloss, satin and antique flat sheens. Dura Seal 2000 ZC-2 Water Based Floor Finish

Dura Seal 2000 ZC-2 is a two-component, urethane/acrylic wood floor finish, designed for all traffic areas. Dura Seal 2000 ZC-2 comes with a unique patented package that allows for the crosslinker and finish container to be sold as a single unit, eliminating the possibility of any missing items. The Dura Seal 2000 ZC-2 Water Based Floor Finish (zero contact, 2 component) system provides a safer way to combine and handle undiluted crosslinker. The crosslinker has a protective foil seal which is punctured when inverted, then placed and turned in the Dura Seal 2000 ZC-2 dispensing spout.

Dry Time & Cure:	1. Recoat time: 2-3 hours between coats. 2. Light foot traffic is acceptable after 24 hours. 3. Allow one week before exposing finish to rugs, cleaners, spills or heavy traffic.
Coverage:	Approximately 350-400 sq.ft. per gallon.
Clean Up:	Application tools should be cleaned with warm water immediately after use.
Maintenance:	Use walk-off mats at all entrance doorways to keep dirt and grit to a minimum. Sweep or vacuum daily and damp wipe as needed with Dura Seal Hardwood Floor Cleaner.
Storage:	Store at room temperature. If stored at high temperature, cool to room temperature before use. Keep from freezing. If frozen, slowly warm to room temperature and mix thoroughly before using.
Pot Life:	THE FINISH/HARDENER MIX MUST BE USED WITHIN 4 HOURS AFTER IT IS MIXED. Product properties are diminished after 4 hours. The finish and hardener can only be mixed one time.
