Zar ULTRA Max - Waterborne Oil Modified Polyurethane

Zar ULTRA Max is a waterborne oil modified polyurethane finish. This product is environmentally friendly and a revolutionary dual drying polyurethane. It dries by coalescing and oxygen cross-linking for a harder "through cure". ZAR ULTRA Max is available in quart and gallon sizes in gloss, semi-gloss, satin and antique flat sheens. ZAR ULTRA Max Floor Finish comes in 100 and 200 Oz. easy pour jugs, along with a sanding sealer, which dries in 10 minutes. Jugs are equipped with a smooth-flow drain back spout.

Coverage:Covers up to 100-125 per 1 QT. 300-400 sq. ft. per 110 oz.
Clean-Up:Clean brushes, applicators and tools immediately after use with warm soapy water.
Thinning:Do Not Thin.
Drying:ZAR ULTRA MAX dries to the touch in 30 minutes, can be recoated after 2 hours.Drying time will be affected by temperature, humidity and film thickness. If while sanding, sandpaper gums or surface feels tacky, extend drying time.
Maintaining Your Finish:If wood surface becomes marred or scratched, simply sand lightly using fine sandpaper, vacuum all sanding dust, wipe clean with a tack cloth or microfiber cloth and apply another coat to repair the finish.
