    Seals the wood, preventing the finish from penetrating the hardwood. This seal minimizes tannin bleed, especially on white oak hardwood. Bonaseal improves the flow and leveling within the finishing coats of your hardwood flooring, while also reducing the tendency for sideboarding to occur. Bonaseal dries harder on your wood floor, giving it an easier abrasion. Bonaseal is also odorless, non-flammable and can be cleaned with water, making it top of the line in it's class.

  • Bostik - MVP4 Moisture Vapor Protection
    Bostik MVP4 Moisture Vapor Protection is a one-part, trowel applied, elastomeric, moisture cured urethane membrane. Bostik MVP4 Moisture Protection contains Bostik BLOCKADE antimicrobial protection which inhibits the growth of bacteria, mold or mildew on the surface of the dried membrane, which ultimately stops the staining that mold and mildew causes. This sealer also provides your hardwood floor with an anti fracture membrane and noise reduction barrier.

    Dura Seal Quick Dry Sealer is ideal for sealing natural wood floors. This Quick Dry Sealer is a polyurethane borne wood floor sealer. The Dura Seal Quick Dry Sealer quickly seals wood floors to prepare them for finishing. Dura Seal Quick Dry sealer provides a firm bond between the wood floor substrate and the finish coats.

  • Dura Seal - Super Base Sealer
    Dura Seal Super Base Sealer is a water borne, fast-drying, crystal clear sealer, formulated specifically to provide an outstanding base coat for Hardwood Finishes. Dura Seal Super Base Sealer helps prevent tannin discoloration within your hardwood floor. Dura Seal takes approximately 1 to 2 hours to dry before a finish may be applied.

  • General Polymers - 3501M Moisture Guard
    General Polymers 3501M Moisture Guard is a high solid, moisture tolerant epoxy. This moisture guard creates a barrier that reduces the damaging moisture transmission that penetrates concrete substrates and goes into your wood flooring. 3501M Moisture Guard thoroughly washes out the substrate and creates a strong bond to it.

  • Harco - Quick Dry Polyurethane Sealer
    Harco Quick Dry Polyurethane Sealer is the number one sealer for oil-modified polyurethane products. Harco Quick Dry Polyurethane Sealer is formulated as a first coat sealer under gloss, semi-gloss and satin polyurethane finishes. Its 100% urethane resin composition promotes excellent inter coat adhesion between sealer coats and finish coats. Harco Quick Dry Polyurethane Sealer will dry in one hour on bare wood. Do not apply Harco Quick Dry Polyurethane over any kind of lacquer sealer.
